2.Can I mix sizes and designs?
Yes, you can mix sizes, colors, and designs.
3.What kind of payment way do you prefer?(Payment Term)
Western Union,Bank Transfer(T/T),Paypal,Alibaba Online payment.
Note: Paypal and Alibaba online payment need pay extra 5% transaction fee.
4.When can you send our goods?(Shipping Time)
A.Stocks design: can arrange out within 3 days after get full payment
B.Customized design: can arrange out within 15 days after get full payment
5.Can you print logo(label,Tags), or Brand?
Yes,we can.
A.Can Print logo on paper hang tags, finish within 7 days.
B.Can Sew logo on clothes, can finish within 10 days.
6.How do we choose size?
If you are not sure about size, please contact our seller for size table.
After product arrived, we don’t accept any complaint regarding size.
7.If your product has defect one when I receive good,how should i do?
If any item is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3days after the buyer receiving the item.
Returned item has to be in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving the return we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued..or can reduce balance from your next order.
